At Perception Life Coaching, I provide practical, faith-centered coaching inspired by Isaiah 43:19 - coaching men and women navigating career changes, relationships, boundaries, empty nesting, life transitions, wellness goals, home and life organization, spiritual renewal, difficult decsions and when life simply isn’t working the way you want it to.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start, that’s what coaching is for.
Premium Life Coaching Services
Six focused, one-on-one life coaching sessions designed to help you tackle a specific challenge, decision, goal, or season—and create a clear path forward.
Using my Life Mapping process, we'll explore the critical areas of your life, recognize where you've been, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and clarify where you want to go next. For clients who desire faith-centered coaching, we'll also look for God's faithfulness in your story and consider how He may be leading you forward.
You'll leave with greater perspective, practical next steps, and the option to visually storyboard the direction you're heading.
Forward Focus is my most popular coaching package because it gives you the opportunity to experience the power of personalized coaching, build momentum, and make meaningful progress in just six sessions—at an accessible investment.

12-Session Private 1:1 Life Coaching Experience
Forward Premium is my most comprehensive private 1:1 coaching experience for the season when you're ready for more than a quick reset. You’re ready to do the deeper work, make meaningful changes, and have consistent support as you move forward.
Over 12 private coaching sessions, we'll work together to identify what's keeping you stuck, get clear about what matters most, navigate the decisions and challenges in front of you, and turn what you want to change into practical, achievable next steps.
This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. Your coaching is built around you—your life, your goals, your challenges, your faith, and the season you're actually in.
And your support doesn't end when the session does. Forward Premium gives you ongoing access to guidance, resources, and encouragement between sessions so you don't have to wait until our next conversation when something comes up.

Some seasons of life need more than a few conversations.
Forward Concierge is my highest level of private coaching, designed for the person navigating a significant season of change, transition, rebuilding, or growth who wants consistent, personalized support for an entire year.
This isn't a prewritten program or a one-size-fits-all approach. Your coaching is built around you—your goals, your challenges, your relationships, your faith, and the life you're working toward.
Over the course of our year together, we'll address what's happening right now while also keeping sight of the bigger picture. Depending on your needs, our work may include Life Mapping, strengths exploration, decision-making, communication and relationships, boundaries, personal organization, goal setting, accountability, guided journaling, and practical strategies for moving forward.
Forward Concierge may be especially valuable during an intense or lengthy season such as a career change, marital difficulty, caregiving, grief and loss, recovery and rebuilding, empty nesting, a major life transition—or simply a season when several areas of life need attention at the same time.
And because real life doesn't conveniently happen during a coaching appointment, your support extends beyond our sessions.
Your Forward Concierge experience includes:
Up to 8 hours of private 1:1 coaching each month, used flexibly in 60- or 90-minute sessions
Coaching available in person or by private video
A personalized Life Mapping experience
Strengths assessment exploration to help you better understand how you're wired, communicate, and relate to others
Customized journaling materials, exercises, workbooks, and resources selected specifically for your goals

We'll have time to dig deeper, adjust when life changes, celebrate progress, work through setbacks, and continue moving toward the life you're building—with practical support, accountability, and faith woven throughout the process.
