I’ve Lived Enough Life to Know that Life Gets Messy *
I’ve navigated seasons of reinvention, marriage renewal, career changes, financial difficulty, parenting and family transitions, wellness changes, disappointment, and times when the next step wasn’t obvious.
And through some of those seasons, I’ve needed mentors, counselors, coaching, recovery communities, and people to walk alongside me. Those experiences don’t make me an expert on your life but…
They taught me the value of having someone who listens well, asks good questions, helps you see what you may not be seeing on your own, and reminds you that being in a difficult season doesn’t mean you have to stay there.
That’s why I coach.
Professional Training Meets Real Life Experience.
My approach isn’t build on canned self-help advice.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling and Life Coaching and am an ICCI Certified Professional Christian Life Coach. My education includes training in wellness coaching, behavior change, communication, attachment, goal setting, and helping people identify practical strategies for moving forward.
Education is only part of what I bring into the room.
I bring curiosity. Empathy. Life Experience. A love for God and His son Jesus Christ and know the power of the Holy Spirit. I’m willing to ask you the hard questions. And I believe that you are the expert on your own life-my job is to help you see if more clearly.
Faith is Part of Who I Am
Perception Life Coaching is unapologetically faith-centered.
One of the verses that shapes my work is Isaiah 43:19:
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”
That’s where Perception Life Coaching comes from. I believe God is at work even in the seasons that feel confusing, disappointing, or unfinished. I integrate faith naturally, it’s not a formula or a quick spiritual answer.
You don’t have to show up polished or full of faith - real and raw is welcome here.
A little more about me…
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me with my family, working on something creative, teaching or studying Scripture, trying a new recipe, watching my dogs or birds, or pursuing my own goals. I’ve recently rediscovered fitness and have reclaimed my own health!
I’m a wife, mom, and grandmother and I’ve lived enough life to know that the plan changes-and sometimes the change becomes the BEST part of your story.
